#NeuroAcrossTheDiaspora

Tuesday, July 25, 2023

This day is dedicated to highlighting the global presence, experiences and stories of Black neuroscientists across the world. We have assembled scientists outside of the US, UK, and Canada to celebrate this. The African diaspora stretches to Europe, the Americas, Asia and Oceania and Black In Neuro spans these continents. We believe it is of great importance to give a platform to neuroscientists from these geographies and spotlight their insights and knowledge.

How to Participate

If You’re Black In Neuro

  • Wherever you are from within our Black In Neuro Diaspora, we would like to hear from you. Tell us about your experiences on Twitter, Instagram or TikTok using the hashtags #BlackInNeuroWorld. #NeuroAcrossTheDiaspora, and #BINW23. Tag us @BlackInNeuro if you’d like us to share your post!

    • Please try to caption your videos, to ensure that folks who need captions can hear your story! Clipomatic is a great captioning app for iOS, and AutoCap is great for Android. If you generate automated captions, remember to proofread them and correct any errors.
