This day is all about celebrating #BlackJoyInNeuro by highlighting ways folks stay healthy and happy outside of work. Share your hobbies, your passions, and your favorite pastimes with us! We'll also be sharing resources promoting wellness and mental health.

Heart-Centered Visualisation

Led by Dr. Broderick Sawyer, an activist, psychologist, author, and meditation teacher based in Louisville Kentucky, this event will encourage you to take a step back, to relax, rest and focus on maintaining your joy.

  • Use the #BlackJoyInNeuro and #BINW22 hashtags to tell us about how you stay happy and healthy outside of work. Tag us @BlackInNeuro if you’d like us to share your post!

    • Please try to caption any videos you post, to ensure that folks who need captions can enjoy your content! Clipomatic is a great captioning app for iOS, and AutoCap is great for Android. If you generate automated captions, remember to proofread them and correct any errors.
